Exchange and Return Policy


We want you to love your ShredLab gear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by your tracking information.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

  • Returned with original tags, if applicable

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different products or styles.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

If an exchange is approved, ShredLab will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.

Out of Stock Items

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit for a future purchase.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Use our contact us form within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

  3. Ship the item back using your preferred shipping carrier.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange.

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund or exchange to be completed after we receive your return.
