Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During new product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any qualifying minimum purchase amount will be displayed on our website.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times after your order has shipped:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging so we can assist you as quickly as possible.
