Shipping

What are your delivery times?

All ShredLab apparel is made to order. Most orders are processed, completed, and shipped within 3-5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates vary depending on your location and order size, but most orders are approximately $12 CAD per item.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we primarily ship within Canada and the United States. If you're located outside these regions and would like to place an order, please contact us for a custom shipping quote. We'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Do you offer local pickup?

Currently, we do not offer local pickup.

Orders & Returns

Can I cancel my order?

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Requests for returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of delivery, as indicated by your tracking information.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In their original condition

  • Free from damage, stains, or odors

  • Returned with original tags, if applicable

Do you offer exchanges if an item doesn't fit?

Yes. We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different products or styles.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.

If an exchange is approved, ShredLab will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item back to you.

What happens if my exchange item is out of stock?

If the requested exchange item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A full refund to your original payment method, or

  • Store credit for a future purchase.

Product Information & Care

How should I care for my apparel?

To keep your ShredLab gear looking its best:

  • Machine wash warm with like colours

  • Wash garments inside out

  • Tumble dry low or hang to dry

  • Do not bleach

  • Do not iron directly on printed designs

Following these care instructions will help extend the life of your apparel and keep it looking fresh.
